Hila Givon is an oil & gas innovation specialist, with extensive experience in the global energy and high-tech industry. Mrs. Givon serves as the CEO of ISROG – Israel Oil & Gas Innovation – focusing on technology innovation towards a net-zero future.

Since 2019, Mrs. Givon has also been serving as a Special Consultant to the State of Israel’s Ministry of Energy, where she is responsible for building an oil & gas innovation ecosystem to leverage ground-breaking Israeli technologies for the benefit of the global energy industry. Mrs. Givon works with many of the world’s major oil & gas companies, helping identify innovative solutions for their technological challenges while exposing them to Israeli innovation and attractive business and investment opportunities.

Hila Givon began her career at EY , where she established and run  the local branch of VentureOne (a Reuters’ company)

After more than  four years at EY, Mrs. Givon joined AIG Orion Venture Capital as an investment manager, In this role, Mrs. Givon helped to establish two successful wireless-industry startup companies Mobilitech and Sigvalue which were both subsequently acquired by large international high-tech companies.

After several years working on the investment side, Mrs. Givon joined an Israeli start-up company, Zoomix, as VP of Business Development. The company was acquired by Microsoft in 2008.

In 2012, Mrs. Givon established H.L.A.G, Ltd., where she initiated and executed projects with leading oil & gas corporations in Africa, in fields such as well intervention, waste management, and enhanced oil recovery.
